Daniel Snover, CFA, ChFC
President, Chief Investment Officer
Daniel Snover is President and a founding member of PMV Capital. Prior to founding PMV, Daniel was Co-CIO of Fund Architects, LLC where he led product development and managed more than $250 million in client assets. He then sold Fund Architects to Cabana Asset Management, where he was a member of the Investment Committee and helped to manage more than $1 billion in client assets.
Daniel is exceptionally positioned in the wealth management space, having obtained both the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, widely accepted as the highest set of credentials in the global investment management industry, and the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation, an advanced financial planning designation. He received both a BBA in Accounting, and a BA in Economics, from the University of Texas at Austin.
Andrew Nall, CFE
Chief Compliance Officer
Andrew is a founding Member of PMV Capital. Andrew began his career as an examiner at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). During his tenure at FINRA, Andrew was twice awarded with the Outstanding Achievement Award, one of FINRA's highest honors, for his dedication to and furtherance of FINRA's stated objectives of protecting investors and ensuring market integrity. Andrew also owns and serves as an officer for three private companies in the financial services industry.
Andrew was awarded the globally preferred Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Andrew graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Dallas with a BS in Finance. He currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Dallas Symphony Association and on the Board of Directors of the Dallas Symphony Foundation.
Mark DiGiannantonio, CAIA
Chief Operations Officer
Mark is a founding Member of PMV Capital where he helps shape the firm’s strategic vision and investment approach. He began his career as a programmer at Accenture. Prior to PMV, he spent more than a decade working in the alternative asset space. He received a BBA in Business Management from Temple University. Mark holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation and is a CAIA Chapter Executive for Texas.
James Leffler
Head of Capital Strategy
James Leffler is a seasoned strategic capital advisor and capital markets professional with cross-sector experience in real estate, alternatives, and public market vehicles. At PMV Capital, he leads business development, capital formation, and strategic partnerships, focusing on solutions that help advisors and institutions manage risk and maintain confidence through uncertainty.
Prior to PMV, James held senior leadership roles in real estate investment and development, directing capital formation and investor growth initiatives. He also served as a senior executive at one of the nation’s leading cultural institutions, where, in addition to leading major fundraising campaigns, he played a key role in supporting the work of its foundation, contributing to long-term development efforts, investment oversight, and stewardship.
James received a B.A in Music Performance from Columbus State University and a Master of Music Degree from Oklahoma City University.
