PMV Capital was founded by four professionals with deep roots in investment management, compliance, operations, and capital formation, united by a conviction that better diversification leads to better outcomes.
Daniel Snover is President and Chief Investment Officer of PMV Capital. Before co-founding PMV, he served as Co-Chief Investment Officer of Fund Architects, LLC, where he led product development and managed external manager selection. He later sold Fund Architects to Cabana Asset Management, where he was a member of the Investment Committee.
Daniel holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations. He earned a B.B.A. in Accounting and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
Mark DiGiannantonio helps lead the firm’s strategic direction and investment approach. He began his career as a programmer at Accenture before spending more than a decade in the alternative investment industry. He earned a B.B.A. in Business Management from Temple University.
Mark is a CAIA Charterholder and serves as Head of the Dallas CAIA Chapter, where he hosts educational events and industry discussions that bring together allocators and investment professionals across the region.
Andrew is a founding member of PMV Capital. He began his career as an examiner at FINRA, where he was twice recognized with the Outstanding Achievement Award for his work supporting investor protection and market integrity.
Andrew holds the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas with a B.S. in Finance. He serves on the Board of Governors of the Dallas Symphony Association and on the Board of Directors of the Dallas Symphony Foundation.
James Leffler leads business development, capital formation, and strategic partnerships at PMV Capital. He brings cross-sector capital markets experience spanning real estate, alternative investments, and public market vehicles, with a focus on developing solutions for advisors and institutions.
Prior to PMV, James held senior leadership roles in real estate investment and development, where he led capital formation and investor development initiatives. He also served as a senior executive at a major cultural institution, where he contributed to foundation development efforts, investment oversight, and long-term stewardship.
James earned a B.A. in Music Performance from Columbus State University and a Master of Music from Oklahoma City University.
